At Shivashri Clay Arts, we take great care in crafting and delivering our clay Ganesh idols. Since our products are handmade and delicate, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
- The idol is received in a damaged condition.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the idols.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Products that have been used, altered, or improperly handled.
- Customized or made-to-order idols.
3. Damaged Products
If your idol arrives damaged during transit:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share photographs and an unboxing video.
- Our team will review the claim.
If approved, we will:
- Replace the idol with a similar available product, or
- Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Estimated refund timelines:
- UPI: 3–5 business days
- Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- Credit Card: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Cancellation requests received before shipping may be eligible for a refund after deduction of payment gateway and processing charges, if applicable.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery, return shipping arrangements will be coordinated by Shivashri Clay Arts.
